The cuisine of countries such as China, India, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam use a huge range of herbs and spices, proteins and textures. This evening we will be tasting through 6 tapas-style Asian dishes and exploring the ideal wine pairings for them. This will be an informative evening with plenty of delicious wine and food combinations.
*As the preparation space for this event is limited, we will not be able to provide any variations on the menu, which will include vegetables, meat and fish.
Cost: £50pp, including 8 wines and 6 food pairings
