We’ll be celebrating the summer with a Pop Up Dinner for 12 guests at my home in Speldhurst on Saturday June 29th.   Weather permitting part or all of the evening will be spent around the table in the garden, where you will be served canapés and drinks on arrival.  We’ll follow on with a delicious six-course dinner paired with 7 further wines.  The menu will be focussed on seasonal foods and we’ll be firing up the Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue to cook some of the courses.  I look forward to selecting some exciting new wines to marry up with the foods and will include a sparkling wine, rosé, whites and reds, all with summer drinking and dining in mind.
