Wines for Asian Flavours

Finding the right wine for Asian foods can be quite tricky.  Typically these foods include sweet, salty and sour flavours and often very aromatic ingredients and heat from chilli and curry powder.  This dinner used dishes from 5 Asian nations to demonstrate the above flavours.*
