As the autumn starts to set in, we’ll open a selection of the delicious new wines that Neale has just imported from Oregon & California. Californian growers have been focusing more on identifying the optimum sites for viticulture and continue to produce ripe, but nowadays more elegant, styles of wine.  The wines of Oregon will give us a chance to explore some smaller producers growing vines and making wine in a cooler, wetter climate, which will provide some interesting contrast.

 

Cost: £55pp, including 8-9 wines and 6-7 food pairings
