Spanning the area between the Camargue and the Spanish border, the Languedoc and Roussillon are rich in history with diverse landscapes and an expansive Mediterranean coastline.  A wealth of wine styles is produced by the two regions: from crisp, mouthwatering whites to rich, bold reds, sparkling wines and fortified wines.  Among them, Crémant de Limoux, Picpoul de Pinet, Corbières, Faugères, Minervois la Livinière and Muscat de Rivesaltes, to name but a few. This tasting will be a real feast of styles and the wines will be served with exciting food pairings based on Mediterranean flavours.
