Sample Wine Dinner Menu

Foods for Champagne & Sparkling Wines

This  Wine Dinner was organised to enjoy foods purely with sparkling wines.  I served a selection of food pairings with 3 Champagnes, a Franciacorta, 2 New World Sparkling wines and an English Fizz. Sparkling wines have great acidity and work particularly well with fried, salty and Asian cuisines, as well as cheeses.*
