The Wines of Northern-ish Europe, including England, Alsace, Austria & Germany
October 15th, 2025, £49pp, includes 8-9 wines and food pairings

Secret Cellar, Tunbidge Wells
24/30 places available

The English wine scene is dominated by the huge success of its sparkling wines but England has some beautiful whites to offer too.  An often forgotten country when we make our wine choices, Germany produces some stunning whites and elegant reds as well delicious dessert wines.  Just across the border in the sheltered, sunny French region of Alsace, fruit-driven, thrilling whites are produced from grapes such as Riesling and Pinot Gris. A European pioneer on the organic and biodynamic wine scene, Austria makes some very pure, clean, vibrant wines.  We will taste a mix of white, red and dessert wine at this Northern-ish European tasting.
