Re-discover Australia.  Elegant Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignons, refreshing, precise Clare Valley Rieslings, dark-fruited, peppery Shiraz, the list goes on!  Around a quarter of the wines we buy in UK shops are from Australia.  Much of this wine is bought in supermarkets.  This tasting will demonstrate the quality and diversity that smaller Australian producers have to offer in the specialist wine sector.  The big focus is on regionality and finding the best terroirs for each grape variety.  And the wines will be accompanied by a line-up of delicious food pairings.
