In the second of this series will use 5-6 different flights of 2-3 wines to compare styles and learn more about how different grape varieties, terroir, and winemaking techniques affect wine.  For example, tasting two different dessert wines to understand how different viticultural practices affect sweet wines.  This is an opportunity to taste a lot of different wines and gain an insight into how wine is made in the vineyard and cellar.
